Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Wiffiti Technologies website (wiffiti.com) and the professional design and development services we provide. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.
2. Services
Wiffiti Technologies provides UI/UX design, website design, website development, e-commerce, and startup MVP development services as outlined in individual proposals and statements of work.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment for a project, all custom design assets, source code, and deliverables created exclusively for the client transfer fully to the client. Wiffiti Technologies retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
4. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are defined in individual project agreements. Typically, we require a deposit before work commences, with the remaining balance due on project delivery. Work will not be handed over until payment is received in full.
5. Revisions
The number of revision rounds included in each project is specified in the signed proposal. Additional revision rounds beyond the agreed scope may be billed at our standard hourly rate.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days written notice. In the event of client termination, all work completed to date will be invoiced and must be paid before any assets are delivered.
7. Limitation of Liability
Wiffiti Technologies' liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, NY.
